If the Product has arrived to you and the Product is damaged please email me a picture and discription of how the product is damaged and I will send you a replacement of the damaged item free of charge.

If the product gets dirty you will want to hand wash the item in luke-warm water and then hang dry, if you would rather dry it in the drier then I would suggest you put it in a pillow case and tumble dry it on low heat.
